Responsibilities
- Managing emails and the general inbox
- Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Booking appointments and managing scheduling
- Preparing and sending out quotes
- Raising and sending invoices
- General admin support as the business grows
Requirements
- UK based, with English as a first language
- Experienced in small business admin, ideally supporting trade, construction, or services businesses with a practical and varied pace
- Comfortable speaking with customers confidently and professionally
- Able to turn around quotes and invoices accurately without being chased
- Organised and reliable, with genuine ownership of a varied workload
