Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Build talent pipelines through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Lead US new-hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and electronic personnel records.
  • Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
  • Organize team events and initiatives to foster employee engagement and culture.
  • Manage US employee benefits programs including health, 401k, PTO, etc.
  • Assist in administering compensation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws, policies, and practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws, payroll basics, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a remote international headquarters.
