Admissions Advisor

USC Bovard College is seeking an Admissions Advisor to counsel and guide prospective students through the admission process for online graduate programs. The role involves marketing, qualifying, and assisting students from application to enrollment, requiring excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $27.47–$30.77/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective students via phone in a high-volume call environment.
• Connect with prospective students by telephone, email and through online presentations to advise them on Bovard College programs and encourage well qualified applicants to apply.
• Use a consultative approach to help guide students through the decision making process.
• Provide outstanding student centric service to applicants and prospective applicants.
• Drive application completion by following up with applicants and admissions coordinators.
• Achieve performance goals for each term by maintaining targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the admission process on a consistent basis.
• Stay current on programmatic and field-related information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
