Affiliate & Brand Account Manager

Bottle Nexus is a rapidly growing SaaS technology platform in the alcohol e-commerce industry, supporting over 500 brands and a network of influencers, affiliates, and partners. The company is expanding its team to enhance sales channels, customer relationships, and e-commerce growth, operating at the intersection of alcohol, technology, compliance, and digital marketing.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow approximately 100 alcohol brand accounts, serving as the main point of contact, driving e-commerce sales, identifying revenue opportunities, and building relationships.
  • Manage and grow approximately 30 affiliate channels, supporting partners with sourcing, fulfillment, promotional planning, and e-commerce execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with product, engineering, compliance, marketing, and other teams to launch campaigns, programs, and operational workflows.
  • Help shape the future of Bottle Nexus' alcohol e-commerce ecosystem across various channels including buy buttons, affiliate shops, creator/influencer sales, marketplaces, and Shopify storefronts.
  • Represent Bottle Nexus professionally with clients, partners, and industry at conferences and associations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, brand management, marketing operations, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or related roles.
  • Experience managing client-facing relationships.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital sales, affiliate programs, or online brand growth.
  • Basic Shopify experience; advanced experience is a plus.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
  • Ability to build repeatable processes and improve workflows.
  • Strong brand sensibility and professionalism.
