Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant (Contract / Ongoing)

We are building a forward-thinking AI-powered Salesforce practice focused on moving organizations to AI-first operating models using Agentforce, automation, and intelligent workflows. The role involves training and consulting on AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects
• Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices
• Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases, including AI SDR agents, customer service/support agents, onboarding and operations agents
• Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows
• Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
• Review and improve existing implementations and use cases
• Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)
• Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end
• Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant / Architect
• Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as sales automation/SDR agents, customer service automation, workflow automation using AI
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), AI-driven workflows and automation, prompt engineering and agent orchestration
• Ability to train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly
