AI Alliance Manager

Leader/Specialist with major impact on the success of a department or a key project delivery, executing independently on operational plans and delivering significant projects with a focus on AI use case creation, strategic alliances, and product scaling.

Location: Canada, United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000/yr plus bonus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and shape AI-enabled use cases for alliance partners and differentiate for Jabra.
  • Leverage partner platforms (Microsoft, Zoom, Google) to co-create solutions.
  • Secure co-development commitments and define solution architectures.
  • Enable dialogue for co-development of reference architectures, pilots, and early-access programs.
  • Translate partner AI/ML capabilities into Jabra-specific advantages.
  • Lead concepts from ideation through prototype, pilot, and global rollout.
  • Define pilot success criteria including validation and scalability.
  • Partner with Product Management for productization and launch readiness.
  • Collaborate with Alliances and GTM teams for solution narratives, demos, and enablement assets.
  • Support creation of joint value propositions for partner field teams.
  • Act as an internal authority on multimodal AI, workflows, and architectures.
  • Educate teams on partner platform directions and implications.
  • Help shape long-term innovation priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • 5–8+ years in strategic alliances, technology partnerships, or ecosystem management within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech.
  • 3+ years working with AI, data, cloud, or emerging tech platforms.
  • Experience developing and executing solution co-development and proof-of-concepts.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic partners from outreach to solution co-development.
  • Experience with major technology ecosystem partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, NVIDIA).
  • Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
