AI Engineer (W/M/D)

We are building our own AI stack using cutting-edge open source software, focusing on robust, reliable, and scalable AI systems. The company values software engineering best practices, innovation, and agile teamwork.

Location: Hamburg, Berlin, Gütersloh or Remote (ideally max. 3 hours travel time to Berlin)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run reliable AI systems.
• Systematic evaluation, A/B testing, and metric definition to measure and improve quality.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to bring prototypes into production.
• Evaluate and implement the latest AI/ML technologies and practices.

Requirements

• Strong emphasis on software engineering best practices: testing, clean code, etc.
• Interest in understanding and applying the latest technologies.
• Thrives in agile, cross-functional teams that deliver and learn quickly.
