AI Operations Manager

The AI Operations Manager at Power Digital is responsible for managing the company's enterprise AI platforms, supporting the Innovation team, and contributing to strategic AI initiatives. The role involves operations, automation, and strategic input in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Location: Remote (US, open to international candidates)

Responsibilities

• Administer the company's enterprise AI platforms (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and new tools) including provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, with automation over time.
• Keep the SVP of Innovation organized and ahead of schedule through prioritization, prep, and follow-through.
• Run the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and maintain the roadmap.
• Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on current developments and testing recommendations.
• Contribute to strategy discussions and develop a strategic voice for the team.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem related to the department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience, early-career with high potential and fast learning ability.
• AI-native with daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and strong intuition about their capabilities.
• Strong organizer who makes chaos manageable and closes loops.
• Clear writer and systems thinker with a point of view.
• Comfortable being the least experienced in the room but still adding value.
• Daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours; open to international candidates.
• Bonus: experience building AI agents, workflows, or side projects.

• Key Performance Indicators include timely resolution of platform requests, automation of workflows, weekly AI briefs, accurate roadmaps, and reliable follow-up.
