Cold Caller Appointment Setter role at Octotasker, focused on training and deploying certified sales professionals to book appointments through outbound calling.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Dial 200+ qualified prospects daily using auto-dialer
• Book 3-5 appointments per shift (20-30 per week)
• Follow a proven script and update CRM for booked calls
• Join daily 30-minute Zoom huddle for coaching and leaderboard updates
• Consistently hit KPIs: contact ratio, conversion %, and quality scores

Requirements

• 2+ years outbound phone sales (BPO/collections counts)
• Fluent English (C1/C2) tested
• Laptop/desktop (8 GB RAM), USB headset, backup power/hotspot
• Reliable 50 Mbps up / 50 Mbps down internet (speed test required)
