Responsibilities
- Contribute to campaign ideation and support the development of social-first creative concepts across always-on content, campaigns, and activations.
- Translate ideas into strong visual directions, key visuals, layouts, and content assets across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters, social strategists, and cross-functional teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Create and adapt visual assets for social, digital, CRM, and occasional offline touchpoints.
- Stay tuned into social trends, internet culture, and platform behaviours to inspire relevant creative work.
- Ensure creative outputs are aligned to brand guidelines while supporting the evolution of brand expression.
- Support the execution of campaigns from concept through to delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs and refine creative outputs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and craft quality.
- Support internal reviews and quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet creative standards.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in an Art Director, Designer, or Social Creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign thinking, social-first creativity and high-quality visual execution.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, digital culture and audience behaviour.
- Able to move seamlessly between strategic thinking, creative ideation and hands-on execution.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple formats and touchpoints.
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and navigating stakeholder feedback.
- Experience working within agency, social, integrated marketing or in-house creative environments is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
