Responsibilities
- Attend daily to clients via different communication channels.
- Follow the customer service script according to quality protocols.
- Register and record client data correctly in the system.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, or complaints.
- Make calls to assigned databases.
- Perform other related or complementary functions as directed by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Complete secondary education or incomplete studies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in a call center.
- Availability to work 100% remotely.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
