Navitus is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to manage operations for existing and new products in the pharmacy benefits space. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, product analysis, and process improvement to support strategic goals.

Location: Remote

Salary: USD $63,827.00 - USD $76,900.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of product opportunity, performance, capacity, and capabilities for managing new clients
• Contribute to requirements, test plans, and execution for system enhancements
• Develop understanding of Navitus products to expand offerings and refine positioning
• Monitor product performance, position, and utility for clients and members
• Apply project management techniques to manage scope, resources, and timelines
• Analyze, document, and report issues with claims associated with products
• Establish and utilize templates to document claims adjudication and share findings
• Ensure accurate product setup for claims processing
• Conduct testing for system/app enhancements or break-fix activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum 1 year product management/development, pharmaceutical claims adjudication system, pharmacy, or health insurance experience required
• Experience in health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical fields is preferred
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
