Associate Analyst

Research Associate supporting Trinity's Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) teams with research activities including literature reviews, clinical guidelines, epidemiology data, and value dossier development.

Location: Gurgaon, Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research activities such as review of clinical guidelines, epidemiology sources, treatment algorithms, and reimbursement status across key markets
• Perform literature data search from databases like PubMed and EMBASE
• Review selected publications, including quality control and data extraction
• Perform statistical analysis for meta-analysis based on feasibility assessment
• Perform meta-analysis including plot generation (nice to have)
• Utilize research findings for value dossier development
• Review and analyze previous value dossiers, develop draft value frameworks, and adapt them regionally and locally
• Analyze and synthesize research data for value dossier and related materials
• Support primary research programs (e.g., focus groups, IDIs) to inform value story development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; health sciences, Economics, HEOR, or related fields preferred
• 1-4 years of research experience in consulting, research organizations, or related fields; medical writing background preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of PubMed/Medline, Google Scholar, and other research platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; foundational knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of systematic review methods, clinical research design, and applicable standards and regulations
• High attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
