Associate Customer Success Partner, Transportation Vertical (US Remote)

The role is for a Customer Success Partner at First Advantage, focusing on managing and growing enterprise accounts through consultative sales and account management.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $65-80K base annually

Responsibilities

• Develop sales account plans, track revenue trends, and meet revenue objectives.
• Identify and drive expansion of First Advantage products and solutions.
• Engage internal resources to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Articulate First Advantage benefits effectively and respond to client questions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and prepare customer business reviews.
• Analyze trends, recommend program changes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer contracts, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partner with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in sales account management, managing complex solutions for strategic accounts, with executive relationship experience.
• Work experience in professional sales environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 30% travel required.
• Demonstrate consultative sales capabilities and professional demeanor.
