Associate Data Analyst

The role is for a Data Analyst Associate supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in overseeing, monitoring, and auditing the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program through data analysis and reporting.

Location: Remote

Salary: $59,500 - $80,500

Responsibilities

• Support oversight and monitoring of the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program with data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program investigators and auditors to identify solutions to complex challenges.
• Drive critical thinking and exploratory research to understand program rules and how data can provide insights to inform decision making.
• Utilize Python, Snowflake, and SQL to uncover patterns and trends in large datasets that are meaningful to program oversight and action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of Data Analysis experience
• Experience using Python for data analysis
• Understanding of SQL for data extraction
• Familiarity with data stack tools such as Snowflake
