Associate Director, Global Scientific & Value Content - Payor (AD, GSVC-Payor)

The Associate Director, Global Scientific & Value Content - Payor (AD, GSVC-Payor) is a mid-level role within the Value & Implementation organization, focusing on engaging with stakeholders to develop scientific and value content related to payors, health systems, and disease management, supporting global product and disease state plans.

Location: Remote

Salary: $173,200.00 - $272,600.00

Responsibilities

• Shape and inform the creation and adaptation of the V&I Plans and Scientific Platform.
• Create, adapt, and prioritize annual GSVC Product Plans aligned with V&I Plan and Scientific Platform.
• Execute GSVC Plans including medical information letters, VRDs, slide decks, congress materials, and digital content.
• Drive creation of global medical content and translate payer landscape insights.

Requirements

• MD/PharmD/PhD with at least 3 years of Medical Affairs experience, or MS with 5 years, or BS with 7 years.
• Knowledge of health systems or payor process/environment.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or Outcomes Research in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Leadership experience, mentoring, process improvements, and innovation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
