Provides corporate cards sales and service to BMO customers or prospects, advising on strategies and products, and fulfilling sales and service activities.

Responsibilities
- Provides corporate cards sales and service to BMO customers or prospects.
- Advises customers on corporate card strategies and products that meet their objectives.
- Fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures.
- Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups as needed.
- Stays abreast of consumer needs, industry trends and best practices, and the regulatory environment.
- Provides training and coaching to junior associates as needed.
- Handles customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Probes to understand customer needs and provides advice related to personal banking and credit card strategies.
- Manages transactional outcomes of customer calls or defers to internal groups.
- Escalates complex or unresolved customer situations.
- Performs documentation after calls.
- Maintains knowledge of banking and credit card industries.
- Integrates marketing promotions into customer conversations.
- Maintains confidentiality of customer and bank information.
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
- Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Completes complex tasks and handles escalations.
- Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
Requirements
- Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of BMO credit card products.
- Knowledge of marketplace trends.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Good collaboration & team skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in French and English.

Additional Information
- Fully virtual, including training.
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours/week.
- Availability Monday to Sunday 7AM-11PM EST.
- Supports clients and team members inside and outside Quebec.
- Salary varies based on factors and may include commission.
