Bookkeeping and Finance Operations

This is a remote position supporting a fast-growing outdoor recreation company that manages water sports rental kiosks nationwide. The role involves managing financial operations, producing financial reports, handling payroll, and contributing to company growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Produce financial reports such as P&L statements and balance sheets for leadership.
• Manage payroll and contractor payments via Wise and QuickBooks.
• Recommend workflow improvements and assist with financial modeling for company growth.

Requirements

• Detail-obsessed and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity.
• Proactive problem solver who flags risks early and owns deliverables.
• Growth-oriented and eager to expand skills from bookkeeping to financial modeling.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with a QuickBooks certification or equivalent experience.
• Reliable home office setup and ability to work independently during 12 PM - 4 PM EST.
