Responsible for developing and managing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for outsourced Business Process Services (BPS). Manages vendor selection, acquisition, and contractual agreements, working closely with Business Operations Partners to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.

Salary: $89,500–$168,000/yr
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for outsourced Business Process Services (BPS).
- Managing the selection, acquisition, and monitoring of contractual agreements for Business Operations for assigned vendors.
- Working closely with Business Operations Partners to understand their needs and serve as the central point of contact for purchases, deliveries, and challenges related to products and services.
- Articulating and negotiating service level agreements.
- Driving partnerships with vendors to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency, in support of measuring, monitoring, and adjusting support to achieve maximum value for the spend.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related experience working in Operations, with experience in onshore and offshore vendor relationship management and/or onshore and offshore vendor relationship owner role.
- Proven history in vendor relationship management and/or vendor relationship ownership.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, planning, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret vendor contracts.
- Ability to understand, negotiate, and track committed contract spend for any given vendor contract.
- Ability to guide and drive Luminare Health staff on value maximization.
- Effective communication skills in writing and verbally.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from staff and vendors.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
