Business Analyst - Sponsored Programs Financial Services - Clinical Trials

The role involves managing financial activities related to grants, contracts, and clinical trials within a healthcare research organization, supporting compliance, reporting, and project closeout.

Salary: $25.87–$40.48/hr

Responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of post-award and financial management activities for grants, contracts, and clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and sponsor regulations.
• Develop and manage invoicing, cash management, and receivables.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Complete project closeout documentation and ensure all financial obligations are met.
• Support audit processes and maintain internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budget planning, and financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial management in a clinical trial setting, research accounting, and compliance.
• Ability to research and resolve complex financial issues.
