Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive role involves cultivating new merchant relationships and managing ongoing accounts in the payment processing industry, primarily across the US and Canada.

Location: Humboldt, Remote

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (base), OTE 120k+ (uncapped commission)

Responsibilities

• Formulating and executing business plans to meet objectives.
• Prospecting new merchant business and acquiring processing relationships.
• Coordinating with the Executive Team for joint prospecting and closing.
• Supporting business retention through client site visits.
• Attending tradeshows and events for marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience selling payment processing in a self-prospecting role.
• Experience selling to high risk verticals (preferred).
