Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Track and manage all sales activities and pipeline data using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or internship (e.g., sales assistant, customer service representative, or sales intern).
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a confident.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong work ethic, results-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • High level of self-motivation and commitment to personal and professional development in sales.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
