Business Development Specialist (Russian & English Remote, Uzbekistan)

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is a BPO and Technology Solutions provider seeking a Business Development Specialist to support clients in the BPO sector, focusing on lead generation, market research, and relationship building.

Location: Remote (Uzbekistan)

Salary: 800 - 1200 USD/month

Responsibilities

• Targeted Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers in industries requiring customer support, backend operations, and data annotation services using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and industry databases.
• Market Research: Develop understanding of the data annotation market and customer support trends, analyze competitor strategies and BPO demands in US/UK regions.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using email campaigns, cold outreach, and CRM systems, collaborating with marketing to create tailored content.
• Sales Channel Identification: Develop new sales channels beyond emails, LinkedIn, or cold calls, such as industry events and partnerships.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients for future business opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in B2B lead generation, preferably in BPO, customer support, or data annotation markets.
• Very strong knowledge of Russian and above average English.
• Strong grasp of Russian business etiquette and procurement processes for outsourcing.
• Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo/Apollo/Sales Navigator).
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-cultural client engagement.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is desirable.
