Business Internship - WFH/Remote Job

A Business Intern role supporting research, data analysis, UX/UI design, and administrative tasks within an education technology platform. Suitable for students or recent graduates interested in market research, data visualization, and tech-driven education solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on the education technology market, RTOs, the educational sector, and the Australian job market.
• Explore marketing strategies, social media trends, finance & economics, statistics, business processes, operations, and management practices.
• Analyze collected data and create visual representations such as pie charts, bar charts, timelines, and infographics.
• Assist with data entry, admin tasks, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to designing concepts for UX/UI to improve user flow, usability, UI, and UX for website and mobile app pages.
• Gain hands-on experience using tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, and Figma.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Basic proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Figma (training provided).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
