Call Center Agent (D/M/W)

Customer service role supporting customers with inquiries related to auto sales, ensuring a smooth customer journey, and contributing to team goals.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers via phone, handling general inquiries.
• Relieve the sales team by processing customer requests outside of sales processes.
• Research order statuses in collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve personal and team goals related to quality and quantity.
• Contribute to customers receiving their new cars quickly, using unique delivery methods.

Requirements

• Experience in dialog marketing / call center or private customer support.
• Enjoys talking on the phone and has a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style.
• Team-oriented and hands-on mentality.
• Positive attitude and healthy engagement to achieve self-set goals.
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are a plus.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc).
