CareCoach (Bilingue) - ASG (Virtual, New Brunswick, CA)

The CareCoach® bilingue role involves providing mental health support to clients using evidence-based methodologies, including Stepped Care, motivational interviewing, CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure, supporting both English and French speakers.

Location: Canada

Salary: $26.00/hour + $2.50/hour bilingual bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist English and French-speaking clients.
• Tailor interactions to individual client needs, preferences, and readiness.
• De-escalate crisis situations effectively.
• Manage multiple tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Currently reside in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Services or relevant experience in counseling.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in counseling or coaching in mental health or addiction.
• Practical experience with motivational interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with mental health and addiction treatments, stages of change, relapse prevention, and recovery principles.
