Caretaker

Equans is recruiting for a Caretaker to join the team in Newcastle Fire Station, Elswick NE4 6HL. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, offering a salary of £25,460.00 per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the delivery of services provided to Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Authority by Equans at PFI Estate.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely fashion according to schedules and standards.
• Undertaking a range of PPM tasks at specified frequencies.
• Logging jobs that arise on site and monitoring/acting on allocated jobs.

Requirements

• Experience of operational delivery of FM Services.
• Previous experience of supervision desirable.
• Experience in a front facing, customer centric role.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Ability to pass BPSS level vetting including DBS clearance.
