Neighborly is a company with over 40 years of experience in connecting customers to local experts for home and business services. They are seeking a Client Integration Specialist (CIS) to support onboarding, training, and solution implementation for franchise owners.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Serve as a guide to new owners through initial onboarding and training including, but not limited to, software, brand standards, sales, and customer service processes.
- Ensure all internal and external set up and testing is completed successfully for starting service.
- Have a deep understanding of solutions available in call center application and how those apply to each brand and franchise office.
- Assist in determining franchise owner’s needs for successful selling and/or scheduling solutions.
- Assist in the retention of existing franchise owners by suggesting and implementing solution-based account settings.
- Act as a key facilitator for the introduction and training of new CaN features and solutions, ensuring smooth adoption by franchise owners.
Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) plus years of relevant business, industry, or system experience.
- Extensive knowledge of standard software including Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
