C the Signs is transforming cancer care with an AI-powered platform, aiming to improve early detection and treatment outcomes. They are seeking a Clinical Product Lead to bridge clinical expertise and product development in digital health.

Responsibilities
- Act as the embedded clinical expert for two product squads, providing guidance on NHS workflows, care pathways, and patient safety considerations.
- Review and challenge product decisions from a clinical perspective, ensuring clinical accuracy, feasibility, and risk management.
- Lead or support clinical discovery activities, including clinician interviews, site visits, and workflow observations.
- Synthesise NICE guidelines, NHS policies, and clinical evidence to inform product direction.
- Identify unmet clinical needs related to NHS operational pressures, workforce constraints, and care pathway inefficiencies.
- Translate clinical concepts into language accessible to the product team and vice versa.
- Partner with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with UK medical device standards and regulations.
- Support clinical implementation within NHS environments, including configuration, change management, and training.
- Gather feedback from clinical users post-launch to inform product improvements.
Requirements
- Post CCT in General Practice with at least 6 years of NHS clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of NHS structures, care settings, and frontline healthcare delivery in the UK.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity and making impact without formal authority.
- Experience leading clinical discovery activities and synthesising insights for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Experience with NHS system integrations and EHR workflows (EMIS, SystmOne).
- Prior experience in digital health, healthtech, or clinical informatics roles.
- Familiarity with product development processes (discovery, sprint cycles, roadmapping).
