The Clinical Quality Improvement Advisor II - Registered Nurse is responsible for supporting quality improvement initiatives within End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) programs, partnering with providers and teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance patient care and compliance.
Location: Remote
Salary: $70,000–$90,000/yr
Responsibilities
- Support quality improvement initiatives focused on outcomes, compliance, and performance within ESRD programs.
- Partner with providers, facilities, and internal teams to analyze performance data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate implementation of evidence-based quality improvement strategies.
- Serve as a clinical resource and advisor to drive improvements in patient care, regulatory compliance, and healthcare quality outcomes.
- Assess complex needs, develop person-centered care plans, and connect individuals to resources to improve health outcomes and quality of life.
- Provide subject matter expertise related to hospitalization, vaccination, patient and family engagement, and mental health/depression screening.
- Support the organization’s mission through advocacy, education, and outreach across diverse and underserved populations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with ESRD experience.
- Minimum of 7 years clinical experience.
- Nephrology and case review experience.

- Travel required up to 15-60%.
