Cloud Security Architect - Azure - French

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Architect specializing in Microsoft 365 Security, Identity, Compliance, and Data Protection to lead enterprise security transformation initiatives for strategic customers.

Location: Remote (France)

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 Security architectures.
• Lead security modernization initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, and risk analysis workshops.
• Develop security roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 E5 Security and Compliance capabilities.
• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions.
• Architect hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Implement Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Governance, Access Reviews, Lifecycle Workflows.
• Lead identity security and modernization programs.
• Support customers in moving toward passwordless authentication strategies.
• Lead implementation and adoption of Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Governance, Risk & Insider Protection, Compliance Management, eDiscovery & Investigations, and Microsoft Defender Security Integration.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customers.
• Lead executive and technical workshops.
• Present security strategies to C-Level and IT leadership.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Security and Identity Management.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 E5 transformation projects.
• Experience leading enterprise security architecture engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
