Foxelli Group is a digital marketplace leader with over 10 years of experience and a portfolio of D2C brands generating over $20 million USD annually. They are seeking a Community Growth & Sales Specialist to drive community engagement and sales remotely.

Location: Remote (EU)

Salary: €1100 - €2000 after taxes, with potential quarterly bonuses

Responsibilities

• Identify, infiltrate, and engage with high-potential community groups (mainly on Facebook) to drive sales.
• Craft compelling, high-converting posts and discussions that don’t feel like sales pitches.
• Create visuals and copy that grab attention and build trust.
• Solve problems on the spot—whether it’s engagement drops, algorithm shifts, or content flops.
• Run experiments and track data to constantly optimize your approach.
• Own the entire sales pipeline from community interactions to conversions—no micromanagement, just results.
