Customer service and cross-selling role for Entel inbound campaign, fully remote, involving advising customers, resolving issues, and closing sales.

Location: Remote (Peru)

Salary: S/ 1130 base + variable (performance-based)

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and solutions regarding inquiries, problems, or complaints from current or potential Entel users (Pre and Post paid).
• Close the suggested sale at the end of the customer service interaction.

Requirements

• Complete secondary education.
• Availability to work remotely from home.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience not required.

Additional Information

• Full-time, afternoon shift.
• Work schedule: 48 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 1:00 pm to 12:00 am, rotating rest days.
• Paid remote training: 12 days theory + 12 days OJT.
• Theory schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Training pay: S/ 144 (theory) + S/ 240 (OJT).
