The Creative Project Manager leads the end-to-end operational management of high-visibility creative projects across the Enterprise Communications function, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage intake for all design-related requests, advising leadership on resourcing, timelines, and prioritization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure briefs are complete, accurate, and actionable.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across multiple project streams, performing project management duties and maintaining communication.
- Manage Global Town Hall projects for CEO-focused events.
- Develop detailed production plans for creative initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, review cycles, and approval milestones.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, design reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
- Monitor project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with briefs.
- Maintain documentation of project artifacts, decisions, and updates.
- Anticipate and remove project blockers, collaborating with teams.
- Refine and champion creative workflows, intake processes, tools, trackers, and asset storage systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI or automation integration.
- Create an inclusive, constructive, and solution-oriented project environment.
- Manage competing priorities, set expectations, and facilitate resolutions.
- Partner with designers, writers, stakeholders, and communication partners to align deliverables with business priorities.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure project timelines, capacity, and expectations are clear.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet campaign goals and strategic intent.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a matrixed organisation.
- Exceptional project management skills, including intake management, scheduling, workflow design, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of design processes, brand systems, and creative production lifecycles.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, anticipate risks, and enforce quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements, articulate feedback, and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage concurrent workloads, and operate with urgency and accountability.
- Experience leveraging AI or process-automation tools for project efficiency is a plus.
Additional Information
- This is a contract role, W2 contract, and you must be registered as an independent contractor.
