Curriculum Developer Aerospace Technician

The Curriculum Developer will design and develop educational content for Correlation One’s Aerospace Technician program, focusing on preparing working adults for skilled roles in aerospace manufacturing. The role involves creating lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, working closely with subject-matter experts and the Learning Experience Design team.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on proposed curriculum to ensure inclusion of correct concepts.
• Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, including virtual labs and shipped practice kits.
• Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs, ensuring alignment with current aerospace industry standards, tooling, and certification pathways.

Requirements

• Hands-on aerospace or advanced manufacturing technician experience.
• Experience training adult learners of varied backgrounds, including beginners.
• Ability to design engaging lessons and practical exercises.
