Responsibilities
- Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
- Transfer data from documents and digital sources into company systems
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Ensure information is entered correctly and on time
- Check data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and correct errors or duplicate records
- Perform routine quality checks
- Follow company data entry standards and procedures
- Organize digital files and documents
- Assist with preparing simple reports and summaries
- Support data-related requests from internal teams
- Keep records updated and easily accessible
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Follow company policies for data protection
- Maintain secure and accurate records
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good typing and computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- Good written communication skills
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus
