Data Integration Specialist - Remote

The role involves developing and maintaining data integrations within a healthcare system, focusing on automation, performance monitoring, and supporting data-driven decisions. It may include leading other analysts and requires technical expertise.

Location: Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma

Responsibilities

• Researches innovative data integration solutions to solve complex business and interoperability challenges across the health system.
• Designs, develops, and maintains data integrations between internal and external systems.
• Automates manual data processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitors data integrations for performance, reliability, and data quality.
• Works independently to make solid business decisions with minimal supervisor support.
• May lead other data integration analysts on a team.

Requirements

• Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify.
• Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years experience; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• 2 years development/database experience with object oriented programming/relational database.
• Successfully implement 1 major or 4 minor projects.
