Data Specialist - K1A (Part-Time)

Join Baker Tilly’s team as a Document Processing Assistant, specializing in Data Validation, Digital Scanning, or K1-A Validation, in a supportive and flexible work environment. This temporary role offers valuable experience in tax-related tasks with opportunities for return each tax season.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $16.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Review and validate all parts of the K-1 for accuracy, input missing information, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must have participated in BT Prep for the 2026 Tax Season.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Availability: Minimum 30 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm CST). Work hours must be spread across at least four days, with a minimum of four hours per day.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Availability to work August 2026 through October 2026.
