Design Systems Advocate Partnerships US East Coast

zeroheight is building the market leading design system platform, enabling teams to document, deliver, measure, and manage their design systems seamlessly. The company is focused on AI-driven product development workflows and community advocacy.

Location: Remote (US East Coast)

Salary: $140k - $160k + equity

Responsibilities

• Own the full partner lifecycle: identifying and developing relationships with SaaS tools, emerging AI products, and communities.
• Design and execute co-marketing campaigns: webinars, content, newsletters, events.
• Be a credible voice in the design systems community: writing, speaking, creating educational content, representing zeroheight at industry events, and engaging with communities.
• Support sales and customer success teams by providing domain expertise and surfacing ecosystem intelligence.

Requirements

• Experience as a design systems practitioner with credibility from hands-on work.
• Commercial mindset with ability to own partner relationships and tie work to pipeline.
• Strong communication skills for writing, speaking, and hosting webinars.
• Energized by AI's impact on design systems and comfortable discussing MCPs, AI coding tools, and generative design.
• Proactive, self-directed, and based in the UK with ability to visit London four times a year.
