DevOps Engineer

Career TEAM is seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on enterprise products and cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, cloud computing, and more. The role involves building scalable, secure systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Build and develop applications using Node.js, MongoDB, Next.js, and Nest.js.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and YAML.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Build secure web applications following security standards.
• Collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Solve complex, real-time problems ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js/MERN stack or equivalent.
• 2+ years of core web app development (front-end and back-end).
• 2+ years of CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation.
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like GitHub Actions and YAML.
• Familiarity with Terraform and Git.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Working experience with PHP is a plus.
• Experience in secure software development and security best practices.
• Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, Jenkins, Docker.
• Experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch or ELK Stack.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience working on Linux and Windows platforms.
