Ironclad is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to support rapid growth and achieve revenue goals by leading a sales team in the SaaS enterprise space, focusing on managing activities, pipelines, forecasts, and deals for predictable results.

Salary: $350k–$400k
Responsibilities
- Manage a manufacturing-focused territory team, drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts, build and optimize a repeatable sales process, recruit and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives, and empower your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in SaaS sales
- 5+ years leading a team, ideally in Enterprise
- Great people skills
- Ability to build scalable processes
- Analytical skills to optimize processes
- Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce
