Director, Enterprise Strategy (Homebuilding)

TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup providing data analytics to construction teams, focusing on guiding sitework and helping clients build on schedule and within budget. The company works with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada.

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $300K–$350K annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders
• Engage corporate stakeholders across land, development, and operations
• Position TraceAir as a strategic enterprise partner
• Partner with Account Executives to open executive doors
• Support multi-division and enterprise-level deals
• Contribute to national agreement strategies
• Design and deliver high-impact training with Customer Enablement
• Help customers improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Translate real-world experience into actionable guidance
• Identify customer pain points and inefficiencies
• Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions
• Ensure solutions reflect real-world use cases
• Accelerate adoption across divisions
• Connect division-level success to corporate strategy
• Reduce friction in enterprise buying processes

Requirements

• Former VP, SVP, or above at a national or large regional homebuilder
• Experience operating across divisions or at corporate level
• Background in land development, operations, or similar functions
