They are seeking a Director, Partnerships & Ecosystem to lead and develop their enterprise support team, ensuring excellent support for strategic customers and scaling operational capabilities.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team of 7–8 Technical Account Managers, investing in their growth and performance.
- Own enterprise customer outcomes by partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver excellent, proactive support.
- Scale the operating model by building delivery frameworks, workflows, and service standards to support growth.
- Drive operational performance through KPIs, reporting, and feedback loops for leadership visibility.
- Build for scale by identifying tooling, automation, and process improvements to increase capacity and consistency.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales to resolve escalations, influence roadmap, and represent the enterprise customer voice.
- Partner with senior leadership to turn team expertise into repeatable, trainable processes to elevate support quality.
Requirements
- Operations background with experience scaling a service delivery function.
- People leadership experience managing technical teams, with a focus on development and retention.
- Enterprise experience working with large, complex customers and understanding their expectations.
- Process builder capable of creating scalable structures without bureaucracy.
- Cross-functional influence skills to align Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Data-oriented mindset with experience building reporting frameworks and presenting operational metrics.
- Comfort with ambiguity, thriving in fast-moving environments, and making sound judgments under pressure.
