Director of Product, Core Platform & Mobile

We are hiring a Director of Product, Core Platform & Mobile to build and lead a team focused on unifying user experience across PandaDoc’s web and mobile applications. The role involves owning the experience layer of the platform, including how customers and recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate across web, mobile, and chat/AI.

Location: Remote (US, Europe)

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional product group spanning Mobile, Core Platform, Design Framework Adoption, and Critical Flows & UX.
• Own the experience layer of the platform, including user interactions with documents, collaboration, and navigation.
• Ensure consistent adoption of UI kit, design system, and visual language across teams.
• Lead teams to polish top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improve information architecture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management and design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products; experience scaling recipient-facing surfaces.
• Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale.
• Track record of improving critical flows and information architecture in complex products.
• Well versed in agentic AI, capable of building own agents.
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and align multiple product areas.
• Analytical, data-driven, and advocate for usability and design polish.
• Passionate about simplifying complex workflows.
