Director, PST and Boundary Systems Transformation

The role is for a Director of PST and Boundary Systems Transformation at RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives related to boundary systems and data products.

Location: US-MA-REMOTE

Salary: $186,200–$353,800/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead the rationalization and modernization of boundary systems and data products.
• Align transformation roadmaps with enterprise strategies.
• Ensure synchronization of digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive process harmonization, system standardization, and tech debt reduction.
• Own end-to-end boundary systems transformation and simplification.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure roadmap changes are integrated.
• Lead governance and decision frameworks for system disposition and process harmonization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management efforts.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 12 years of experience.
• 10+ years leading digital transformation programs in manufacturing, supply chain, or quality environments.
• Experience rationalizing complex application landscapes and driving consolidation.
• Experience coordinating across business, IT, architecture, and site operations.
• Program leadership experience in multi-site, matrixed organizations.
• Experience delivering enterprise system transformations (ERP, MES, Quality, or supply chain platforms).
