Director Sales-Club Channel

The Director of Sales – Club Channel at Refresco Beverages is responsible for leading sales efforts within the Club Channel, managing a team of account managers, and developing profitable business strategies with key retail customers like BJs, Sam’s Club, and Costco.

Location: United States

Salary: $140,000–$165,000/yr plus performance bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute annual account plans to achieve profitable sales, optimal distribution, and competitive pricing.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to meet annual plans and advance their careers.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships to meet account objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify business opportunities and present insights internally.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning for accurate forecasting.
  • Understand and capitalize on trends in the Club Channel.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Analyze business performance to develop growth strategies.
  • Evaluate promotional events and make recommendations for sales and financial objectives.
  • Manage financial budgets within guidelines and ensure timely administrative reporting.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning for accurate forecasts.
  • Understand the Supply Chain process.

Requirements

  • Advanced competence in all functional competencies.
  • Leadership competencies in Drive for Results and Business Acumen.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience developing business plans for large accounts and managing tenders/bids.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and demand planning.
  • Proven negotiation management skills.
