The NISC IV Training Group within Leidos Federal Civil IT is seeking a Document Analyst to support the Office of Administration and Executive Secretariat on the NAS Implementation Support contract. The role involves high-profile work in a dynamic environment, focusing on document management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across FAA, DOT, and other federal agencies.
- Responsible for development and finalization of all documents delivered to the Chief Administrative Officer, internal and external stakeholders, and Congressional hearings.
- Utilize internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, E2, Concur, or agency-specific tools) to manage workflows and communication.
- Conduct in-depth research to lead and/or support FAA staff with special projects and routine tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Excellent written communication skills, including proofreading and editing official documents.
- Ability to communicate to various levels of management, multi-task, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience with editing and proofreading official documents.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance.
