Enterprise Account Executive

StarRez, a global leader in student housing software, is seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead high-value sales engagements with enterprise property management and real estate organizations, focusing on long-term revenue growth and client relationships.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $115,000—$115,000 USD (base salary); total compensation up to $230,000 with bonus/commission
Responsibilities
- Identifying, prospecting, and securing new enterprise partnerships within assigned territory.
- Managing complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, including multi-stakeholder engagement and executive-level presentations.
- Developing strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth, client retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Delivering consultative sales presentations that communicate the value of the College Pads platform and align solutions to client business objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Partnering with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition, adoption, and retention.
- Providing market intelligence and feedback on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets through pipeline generation, strategic deal management, and execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development.
- Success managing complex, consultative B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Proven negotiation skills with complex contracts and partnership agreements.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding quota in a high-performance sales environment.
- Strong organizational, territory management, and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and pipeline management.
