Keller Haldren is seeking an experienced, independent-minded recruiter in Ireland to build and grow their own recruitment business with the support of a global brand, infrastructure, and network.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own recruitment business independently.
• Leverage Keller Haldren's brand, systems, technology, and support.
• Engage with a global network for cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities.
• Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
• Fluency in English.
