Q2 is seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales professional with sound business acumen and natural sales and marketing instincts to join as a Fraud Sales Specialist. The role involves driving revenue through fraud technology sales, leveraging domain expertise to contribute to client growth, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle within the existing digital banking customer base.

Responsibilities
- Develop business and marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Analyze sales, revenues, and product opportunities for growth.
- Research existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish SME knowledge about Q2 products.
- Respond to client queries regarding products.
- Develop and measure business proposals and campaigns.
- Create strategies to increase sales to existing clients.
- Maintain and track sales budget and pipeline.
- Develop knowledge of industry trends and solutions.
- Build strong client relationships to generate sales.
- Manage client calls and appointments for new opportunities.
- Identify and implement cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure security, confidentiality, and privacy policies are followed.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or B2C relationship management experience.
- 2+ years experience selling to managed relationship accounts (preferred).
- Banking or banking software experience (preferred).
- Proven sales results and ability to navigate matrix environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
